Hey everyone. Just wanted to send a quick email after the earthquake. We are all ok down here. Only one of our children was injured, Renette, from part of the wall falling on her. She has a fractured hip but will be fine. Everyone else made it out of our house safely. There is definitely a lot of devastation down here so please pray for this country. We will update more tomorrow as we can. Our phone has been out and we are currently at a friend’s house using their internet. Our house is not livable anymore but we are camping out outside at a neighbor’s house. Thanks for the prayers. We love you all!
Love, Mike and Andrea

Please tell little Renette that we love her and we’re praying for her. We are praying for all of you too!
Praise God!! I cried when I heard about the devastation. I am trying to get in touch with Jessica to see what her plans are. If we can’t get in to Haitin, there might be a chance of getting in through DR. There is a lady in church who has a niece who lives in DR who might be able to direct us.
Hugs to you and the children with an extra kiss for Renette!
God’s peace — Diane
P.S. I was in Pensacola, FL, after Hurricane Ivan to help my in-laws so I have dealt with natural disasters. Of course, Haiti, lacking our infrastructure, has it even worse. Working on donations from this end.
We met in August at John’s team home. Have you heard anything on Makula and Pastor Nay Nay? I know the spelling isn’t right. I’m glad to hear all faired well and will keep You all and Renelle in my prayers. God bless you!
