This was 2-year-old Marilyn. She weighed only 14 pounds. She is from a remote village located just outside of Dini. She has Kwashkior’s disease which is a severe protein deficiency and leads to to starvation. She has spent a week in the hospital and is now living in our home. Due to the severe malnourishment, caring for Marilyn is like caring for an infant. She is still in diapers and far behind developmentally. These things are very expensive in Haiti. She is recovering from the Kwashkior’s, but she still needs surgery to repair her left foot. She was born with a club foot and can’t use it. We are needing at least 2 monthly sponsors for Marilyn to help cover her medications and baby supplies. Sponsor a child

Your monthly donation of $30 will help provide food, housing, and daily care of your child. Our desire is to keep our sponsorship program personal. Our children want to know their sponsors and pray for them everyday. We also want you to know your child. We will keep you connected through videos, photos, and letters from your child every month. The majority of the children in our program live in our home. However, we have a few children who have a loving home but simply don’t have the means to provide for them. In this case, your sponsorship will be used to provide for them but still keep them with their family. We are able to keep up with these special children and will do routine checks to ensure your sponsorship is being used to provide for them.

By sponsoring a child, YOU make the difference! We will send you a photo and as much information as we have about your child. We also ask that you send us a photo and any information you would like to provide for your child. This means a lot to the children to be able to see their sponsor and to pray for you on a regular basis.

EDUCATION SPONSORSHIP

Our current child sponsorship program at $30/month covers food, clothing, medical expenses, housing and most of the necessities for the children, but  it is not enough to cover their schooling.

An Education Sponsorship at $15 per month or $180 per year will cover the cost of uniforms, books, tuition and other necessities  for the children.

1 Annual Sponsorship for $180 per year (one time donation)
